 Compare our weekly rates to any local hotel or another local rental.  We average $135 per night!
 We accept personal checks, e-checks, PopMoney, or direct deposit to our account
 Rates may be changed until confirmed with owner. Although we try to honor what is published, there may
be times that we mistakenly have a typo!

Terms and Conditions:
No pets. No Animals.  No Smoking.
Check-in on Saturday after 2pm (during the summer months).
Check-out  before 10am the following Saturday (during the summer months).
Weekly reservations are based on a first come - first serve basis.  
A deposit of 1/2 the balance is required to reserve your date, due within 10 days of verbal acceptance
Final payment balance is due 3 weeks (21 days) prior to check-in..
A signed copy of rental agreement is due with first 1/2 payment.  
You must be an adult over 21 to sign the rental agreement, and we reserve the right to ask for proof of age.  
Children are always welcome, accompanied by an adult.
The rates listed above are subject to change prior to a reservation/confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:  
 Please notify us immediately of any cancellations, so we can look for a replacement.
 If we are able to re-rent the unit at the same rate, then your deposit will be returned in accordance        
with Delaware rental laws.  Advance notice of the cancellation is required so that we can make every
effort to find another renter.
 If we are not able to re-rent the condo, regrettably we can not return your deposit.  
     We would much rather rent the unit, then keep a deposit!
     We will do all that we can to re-rent the unit.
